Be in original packaging
Not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Be returned within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Items without original tags or packaging
Worn, damaged, or altered items

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error

Hooch Boots is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Exchanges
